Notes to client
Thank you for your commissioned by the Huijia Law Firm host your legal matters, we will be happy to provide you with services. In order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of you, as well as to enable a better understanding of your lawyer, your attention to the following context matters:
1. Any proceedings (including arbitration, non-appeal cases, the same below) possess the legal risks, including lost, unable to perform, such as pre-trial period is too long. In to hire a lawyer before you should confirm with the law to bear such risks and reasonably foreseeable ability to pay.
2. Client has the responsibility to an independent commission to determine matters, decision-making. According to lawyers’ legal advice, recommendations, decisions made by the program which led to the loss of the use of non-solicitors and legal errors caused by dereliction of duty by the clients own.
3. You are commissioned by solicitors in this case, please note that with the law firm rather than lawyer commissioned by the individual signing the contract, the law firm should be sealed; pay counsel fee, the law firm should be issued by an official invoice to you. Contractors lawyers not allowed to close the case, fees and make a unilateral commitment to the client.
4. The circumstances of the case provided by Client should be true, and legal matters required a solicitor should be legitimate. The contractor lawyer in the extent permitted by law must be completed to fulfill their duties entrusted matters. Client can not require the contractor lawyer to make promised on the result to deal with the case, even if the promises are null and void; lawyers’ analysis of the case only as a reference.
5. Clients may not be request refund for non-legitimate reasons as follow: ①Clients have entrusted other law firm at the same time;②After the completion of principal-agent issue, client have sought a refund of result as unsatisfactory or excessive fees charged by lawyer;③Lawyer is ready to work, the client or the other dropped;④Other non-by or due to the reasons for the lawyer, the principal reason to terminate the contract.
6. Except the agency fee, the cost of other cases (such as transportation costs, communication costs, copying fees, typing, etc.) There are two ways to pay: one approach to the use of lump sum settlement on behalf of agency fees to law firm, law firm issued an official receipt; the other is accountable manner in consultation with their own lawyer.
7. you should ask for the original receipt at lawyer acceptting your evidence.
8. If there is any irregularities in the process of fulfilling the contract, or if you have any questions or comments, please contact the law firm.
